Chapter Eleven-Nyah’s Trust

During my lunch I headed towards Wyatt’s store, we usually went to his house and had lunch there…well kinda had lunch. I yawned, I was still tired from last night he kept me up almost all night. I stopped when I saw a beautiful woman with light brown skin standing in front of Wyatt’s store. Her black hair was pin straight going down her back, she had a side bang going to the left. Her white blouse was tucked inside of her deep red high waist pencil shirt showing off her perfectly toned hourglass shape. I had to wonder if she was a model or something she was so tall. I walked towards the store and she looked at me.

“Hello, are you going in?” I asked. She nodded and opened the door letting me inside. She walked in after me. I saw Ollie, Chris and Martin ogling her. She tucked her hair behind her ear.

“Hi, I was looking for Wyatt Moore.” I noticed she had a slight Spanish accent. They instantly sighed in disappointment as I raised my eyebrow. Who the hell was this?

Just then Wyatt walked into the store, he paused for a moment. He looked at me before looking at the woman who rush over to him.

“Wyatt!” She threw her arms around his neck hugging him tightly. “How have you been?”

“I’m good Gabby, what are you doing here in Miami?”

“I got a job transfer and I was talking to EG and he told me you opened your own store. So I had to come and see you. It’s been so long since we last seen each other and you shaved your head!” She rubbed his head.

“Yeah I’m bald now.”

“I like it, it’s sexy.”

“I try.” He flirted. Abby nudged me making me look at her, she looked at the chick named Gabby and rolled her eyes making me laugh. He then looked at me again. “Oh Gabby, there’s someone I’d like you to meet.” He moved over to me as she looked at me.

“Oh a worker of yours?” She tilted her head, I twisted my lips to the side. She wanted to be cute! He chuckled.

“No, she doesn’t work here, she works at the flower shop down the street. She’s actually my girlfriend. Nyah I like you to meet Gabrielle Santos and Gabby this is Nyah Stokes.” She forced a smile on her face and shook my hand.

“Nice to meet you.” She was flat.

“You too.” I made sure to be as dry as I could. She then looked at Wyatt.

“What time are you taking lunch? I just spoke to EG and we should all have lunch together, Tammy and Nelson are out here as well we can have a college reunion.” He then looked at me.

“You wanna come?”

“Oh no, go and enjoy your college friends. I’ll just eat lunch and hang here.” I told him. He opened his mouth to speak but I walked over to Ollie to place my order.

“Well I’ll be back later.” They left the store and I sighed deeply shaking my head.
